Columbia had a very successful Word Cup 2014, where they managed to reach the quarterfinal, but ended up being eliminated by one of the best national teams in the world, Brazil. They struggled to qualify to the World Cup this year but performed well in the friendly games.
Their best players are the 2014 World Cup Golden Boot winner James Rodriguez, striker and team capitan Radamel Falcao, and Juan Cuadrado.

Japan, together with South Korea are probably the strongest national teams from the Asian continent.
 Japan did well in the qualification rounds and struggled in the friendly games. The national team a is hard working and united team. Their most important players are midfielder Shinji Kagawa, defenders Maya Yoshida and Hiroki Sakai, and first time World Cup participant forward Takuma Asano.

Poland is back at the world cup after 12 years after a successful performance in the qualification round.
Their most important players are
the superstar striker and team captain  Robert Lewandowski, striker Arkadiusz Milik, winger Kamil Grosicki, defender Wojciech Szczęsny, and goalkeeper Łukasz Fabiański.
Poland have a good midfield and attack but struggle in the defence department – after their performance at the Euro 2016 and a great qualification round their fans  have big hopes for this year’s World Cup.
SENEGAL FIFA RANKING: 23
The coach of the national team of Senegal is ALIOU CISSÉ.
Senegal has qualified for the second time at a World Cup – most of the players  in this team play for top European clubs.
The most important players are the top strikers Mane and Keita Balde, midfielder Idrissa Gueye, and defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
